Working with my client’s goals in mind, I have to say, I love what I do! The relationships that I build on a day to day basis as well as the value that I add are by far the most important element I care for in my business.
I started out in Real Estate in 2009 right after the crash in order to help a few friends get rid of their investment properties that they had acquired during the boom - what a tough market!
We have come a long way since then and our market has shifted from a relatively weak buyers market to an extremely strong sellers market. I have learned a few things along the way and love to share my knowledge and experiences with buyers and sellers who want some insight from a professional that has been through polar opposites of our modern market.
Working with me you will find that we are on your team and very progressive in our space with using the latest communication technology to make sure that you are very involved with your next purchase or sale. The goal is to keep you engaged throughout every step of your transaction to give you the confidence and peace of mind that older Real Estate teams traditionally keep as a secondary objective.
